1972 Chevrolet Nova Resto-Mod Grand Prize Raffle

1. Eligibility to Purchase

Ticket purchases are open ONLY to individuals who meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of purchase. Failure to meet any requirement voids the ticket and any prize claim.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Nevada Presence (Mandatory): Pursuant to NRS 462.180 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 4A.050, raffle ticket purchases are restricted to persons physically located in the State of Nevada at the time of purchase. Online purchasers must affirmatively attest to Nevada physical presence before completing checkout.
  • No purchase by employees, officers, or directors of Los Vaqueros Las Vegas, LTD or members of their immediate household.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Ticket Price and Availability

Ticket Price $100.00 per ticket
Maximum Tickets 600 minimum / 1,200 maximum (all channels combined)

Ticket Format Pre-numbered tickets; each ticket has one unique sequential number
Sales Channels In-person at authorized events and locations; online at the organization’s website
Ticket Numbering Tickets are assigned sequential numbers at the time of purchase. Physical drawing tickets bear the same numbers and are used in the live drawing.
Sales Close October 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time, or 30 days after the minimum ticket threshold (600 tickets) is reached, whichever comes later.

Purchase of a raffle ticket is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

4. Prize Description

Description Fully restored 1972 Chevrolet Nova with LS engine swap and Yenko-style appearance package.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER THIS VEHICLE IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC YENKO CHEVROLET. The Yenko-style appearance is cosmetic only.
Fair Market Value $45,000, as established by donor statement
Prize Delivery Winner takes vehicle as-is, where-is. Organization responsible for Nevada DMV title transfer.
No Cash Alternative No cash alternative, substitution, or exchange is offered or permitted.

5. Drawing Date, Time, and Location

Drawing Date October 8, 2026, or 30 days after the date minimum ticket sales (600 tickets) are reached, whichever is later

Drawing Method One winning ticket drawn at random from all sold ticket stubs or their electronic equivalents.
Need Not Be Present Winner need not be present to win. The organization will contact the winner using the information provided at time of purchase.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  • The winning ticket number will be announced at the drawing. The organization will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email and phone within 48 hours of the drawing.
  • The winner must present valid, government-issued photo identification to claim the prize.
  • The winner must execute an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving any prize. Failure to provide required tax documentation will result in forfeiture.
  • The winner must execute a Prize Claim and Release Agreement prior to prize transfer.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the drawing date, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

7. Tax Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Federal tax withholding and reporting requirements apply to this raffle prize. Purchasers should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding their individual tax obligations.

IRS Form W-2G The organization is required by federal law to file IRS Form W-2G reporting the prize to the IRS. A copy will be provided to the winner.
Federal Withholding 24% mandatory federal income tax withholding applies ($10,800 on a $45,000 prize). The organization will withhold and remit to the IRS.
Nevada State Tax Nevada has no state income tax. No Nevada state withholding applies.
FMV Reporting The prize will be reported at its established Fair Market Value of $45,000.

8. Online Purchase Requirements and Nevada Compliance

The following requirements apply to online ticket purchases as mandated by NRS Chapter 462 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 4A.050:

  • Nevada Physical Presence Attestation: Before completing an online purchase, the buyer must affirmatively check a mandatory checkbox attesting that they are physically located in the State of Nevada at the time of purchase and are at least 18 years of age. Checkout cannot be completed without this attestation.
  • Statutory Notice: Each checkout page displays the following notice: “Pursuant to NRS 462.180 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 4A.050, raffle ticket purchases are restricted to persons who are physically located in the State of Nevada at the time of purchase.”
  • Forfeiture Notice: Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations, including the physical presence requirement of NRS 462.180.
  • Cell Phone Number Required: Online purchasers must provide a valid cell phone number for drawing notification purposes.

9. Forfeiture and Disqualification

  • Any ticket purchased by a person not physically located in Nevada at the time of purchase is void, and any prize claim is subject to forfeiture.
  • Any ticket purchased by a person under 18 years of age is void.
  • Any ticket purchased by an ineligible person (see Section 1) is void.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
  • The organization reserves the right to disqualify any participant for conduct it determines to be improper.

10. General Conditions

  • The raffle is conducted by Los Vaqueros Las Vegas, LTD solely for charitable purposes.
  • All decisions of Los Vaqueros Las Vegas, LTD regarding eligibility, prize claims, and conduct of the raffle are final and binding.
  • Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
  • These rules may be amended only by written notice posted on the organization’s website or distributed to ticket holders, where permitted by Nevada law and the NGCB.
  • The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, or unreadable tickets.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding ticket ownership, the organization’s records are determinative.
  • Void outside the State of Nevada.
